As we approach the 7th week of lockdown we wanted to update you on our wellbeing and processes during this challenging period.
Our staff are now settled in working from home and have adjusted extremely well and we remain dedicated in making sure our service commitment to our clients is what you expect and hopefully beyond. This is coupled with making sure our systems are robust in this current environment.
We have observed a significant increase in electronic communication methods, for example email and video calling and we are aware of concerns surrounding online security.
We have sought expert advice and guidance from our IT specialists in this area and taken steps to further increase our existing online security measures to protect your data. This has caused some incoming emails to be caught in our filter system, resulting in a very small number of client emails not being received.
If you send us an email and have not received a response or acknowledgement from us within 24 hours, please do contact us on 01789 299655 so that we can confirm safe receipt of your electronic correspondence.
We have nominated key members of staff who are based in the office to answer your calls and we also have an answerphone service available.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide you with further updates accordingly.
Stay safe
